Outbound Caller ID Ignored

Setting the outbound caller ID works fine on our PRI (T1) lines, but does not work on our local POTS lines. No errors in the logs, the new caller ID just seems to be ignored. Should I expect it to work on the analog lines? Dial plan: same =>n,Set(CALLERID(all)=11122233..
