QueueCallerAbandon is not triggering after 1.8.3.3…

Has anyone else noticed that QueueCallerAbandon is not showing up in the AMI
after the 1.8.3.3? Am I missing something? I’m getting what seems like
everything else but QueueCallerAbandon.

allowguest=yes, how?

Hello,

I want that people from other servers like ekiga.net can make calls to
my users. When I do an “allowguest=no” then people from other domains
cannot call me. So I think I need “allowguest=yes”.

Maybe something like this?

“show channels” in extensions.conf?

Hello

I was wondering if there were a way to use NoOp/Verbose to display
the output of the CLI’s “show channels” from within extensions.conf?

Something like that:
===========
[incoming]
exten => h,1,Verbose($[CLI("show channels")])

===========

Any hint appreciated, thank you.

Hint for queues

Hi list,

Is there any way, patch or Asterisk version that supports hints for queues?
Something like this:
exten => 1234,hint,Queue:55
I’d like to monitor the state of my queue(s) using my phones’ BLF lamps/keys,
e.g.
Incoming call in the queue -> BLF blinks (other states don’t really matter).

There once (= a long time ago) was a bug report or feature request on this,
but I don’t have any clue if this was ever been implemented.

Or is there a way to achieve this using Custom Device State
(DEVSTATE/DEVICE_STATE)?

Any help would be really appreciated!

Thanks and best regards,
Philipp

P.S.: I’m not looking for a way to monitor the agents’ login status but the
state of the queue itsfel.

Go from *100* to just 100

Hello list,

how can I go from *100* to 100 ?

I know I can do something like ${EXTEN:1} but that way I only get rid of
just one *.

Kind regards,

Jonas.
