I would really like your help in finding tools for proactive call analytics.

Right now i am evaluating sipcapture.org but i need 1 or 2 more options.

Anyone got any experience with other realtime voip analytics systems?

Criteria would be:

1. Hosted online
2. Agents in javascript
3. Customizable by design
4. experienced support
