I get this message very often:​
[Jun 26 23:52:49] ERROR[10396]: channel.c:1278 ast_channel_by_name_cb: BUG!
Must supply a channel name or partial name to match!
I could file a bug if somebody tells me how to obtain a trace for this. I
cannot imagine. I use PJSIP​

    It appears as though something is requesting a channel but not giving enough information. Are you using AMI or have something outside of Asterisk that is getting information about things? What you’d need to investigate is the console output and that information.
